We offer shipping through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping options and pricing are calculated at checkout or discussed prior to service approval.

Tracking information will be provided once your order or device has shipped.

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for shipping devices to us unless otherwise stated
We recommend using insured shipping with tracking
TheSween is not responsible for devices lost or damaged during inbound shipping

Outbound shipments are packaged securely to protect your device.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary based on location and carrier. Typical transit times range from 2–7 business days after shipment. These estimates are not guaranteed.

Local Drop-Off & Pickup (If Applicable)

Local drop-off and pickup may be available by appointment only. Please contact us in advance to schedule a time.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
TheSween is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

International Shipping (Optional)

International shipping may be available upon request. Customers are responsible for:

Shipping After Service Completion

Once service is completed and payment is received in full, devices are shipped within 1–2 business days unless otherwise agreed.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If a shipment is delayed or lost, we will assist in filing a carrier claim. However, responsibility for compensation lies with the shipping carrier.
